Slow openid providers causing timeout

hey - small thing i noticed with echo, if your openid provider is running slow, the popup window to do openid auth times out and displays an ugly nginx error page... would be nicer to pick up the error back at the apache (or whatever server) and maybe display a friendlier timeout page with a description of what may have happened. In my case it was that my openid provider was running very slow. I note that when the provider is down a nice error page is displayed no worries

anyway, just a small thing that may confused noobs
