Refund?

Could I get a refund for my Echo Live subscription for test.iramarket? I paid for this on Sat 4/10. I upgraded today to Echo Pro. Bill 917 833 7489

I have officially removed js-kit echo from tekgoblin.com because of lack of functionality in the chat. And time spent going back and forth with bad support. I don't really care about a refund but you can if you wish.

I just paid and registered a wrong domain by mistake. Is it possible to get a refund for dylanfarnsworth.blogspot.com? I've already paid again for Dylanfarnsworth.com, but $12 is actually a lot of money to me (getting a worthless doctorate in a worthless field). I'd appreciate any help I can get.

I will NOT be using js-kit .... it just ain't as configurable as I would like it to be .... I paid for the service less than a week ago and would like to get that refunded ... www.down4repairs..com was website I was going to use it on.

I, too, would like a refund. I purchased a year subscription for Echo Live. I can see of no way of regaining admin. rights to my blog (www.pursuingwhatisexcellent.blogspot.....

Not sure that I want to continue to chase this rabbit.

Per Igor's note on another page, I am requesting a refund of the annual $12 subscription as I will not be using js-kit and have also been unsuccessful at being able to use the xml export file of the old Haloscan comments to load to my new blog. the domain name is mydadisdead.com. Pls let me know when refund is processed. .thanks

My site is at www.scottbroland.com. I would like a refund. Since I have had your program enabled on my site, my comments have randomly been deleted several times. This is incredibly frustrating. The "answers" you provide to this problem in the support forum are not helpful and do not resolve the problem. I would prefer to go with another company. Thank you.

That is absurd. If you cannot give me a refund, then you must at least fix the problem. Three times already I have looked to find that all of the comments have been deleted from my blog. I have done nothing to cause this. I have no means of finding out where they went. What is the next step I must take to get them back and ensure that this does not happen again.
