Problem changing from blogger comments to haloscan
I followed the instructions but I'm still stuck with blogger comments after upgrading my template even though I had halsocan commenting before.

Inappropriate?I followed the Haloscan link you provided and found this reply:
"At this time we are discontinuing further development of Haloscan and focused on our Echo service. It's a new JS-Kit widget with the more functionalities than the Haloscan comments system.
Thus no new Haloscan accounts are being created currently, and we are sequentially transferring all Haloscan users to our JS-Kit Comments system."
Does that mean I should wait until my Haloscan comments are transferred? And will I then have to pay for the Echo commenting system? -

This is correct. We will transfer your comments into Echo and you will be able to use that.
You will not be charged for the changeover
