I installed JS.KIT wizard on my blog, but it becomes a nithmare. sometimes the comments appears, sometimes not. From 2 days ago, it is not appearing anymore. All comments are shows "0 comments" I make some changes step by step that was posted in a "support page" but did not worked.I would like to keep with this service, but this way I will need to uninstall if I can't get a help.
Thank you,

We are sorry you are experiencing the issue. There was an error on our side, now this issue is resolved.
Our colocation, Layer42, had a power outage yesterday. Please refer to the following blog post explaining the outage:
http://blog.js-kit.com/2009/09/22/out...
or to the following community forums topic:
http://support.js-kit.com/jskit/topic...
for details.
However, now I've checked your blog, for example:
http://sargacos.blogspot.com/2009/09/...
and all works well.
Could you provide us with additional information? Do you still have some problems? -
Thank you, Igor, but the problem is not solved. From about 15 reloads I do, the comments appears once! I use IE7 and everything else works good. -
Cynthia,
Try to clear your browser cache and reload a page once again (refresh the page while holding down the shift key, this clears a cache and it should be fine after that). -
Inappropriate? When you go to my site www.unfinishedrambler.com and click on "Leave a comment here," comment form is sometimes not there. Plus "Leave A Comment Here" says "0" when comments are there and should be reading "Leave A Comment Here (2)" or however many comments are here. I haven't had this problem previously. Only happened today and since Echo. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Comment form not there.
I’m confused

Inappropriate? Some users are reporting that the comment form is not loading and that they are having trouble leaving comments. Judging by the drop in comments, this has only been since Friday morning.
I have tested myself and I am able to leave comments, although the form is very slow to load. A few others have left comments. I have reinstalled the widget, but as I had no problems in the first place I am unsure as to whether the problem still exists.

Inappropriate? Some of my readers are having issues with their comments not posting, or that they disappear. I have asked and it's been an issue with both Mac and PC, and seems to be in Safari and Firefox. I use Safari and it works, so I'm not sure why it works for some and not others. We didn't have this problem until you upgraded to Echo. Is it possible to switch back to the older system if I want? My readers are getting pretty frustrated, and some have just started emailing me their comments rather than trying the comment system. I'm concerned about how many more may be having this issue and just give up without me knowing.

Inappropriate? My counter is still showing '0' and only 1 person posted today, when I normally have 6-8. 1 person e-mailed me saying when he clicked on the '0' there was no comment form. I just went there and there's no comment form for me now either.
My blog is: http://jjinla.blogspot.com

Inappropriate? The issue is forwarded to our development team for further investigation.
Our product team is aware of the issue and I hope the solution will be available soon.
We are sorry you are experiencing the issue.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. -
This has only developed since Echo, Igor. I appreciate your help in the past, but this is getting pretty frustrating and makes me think I may want to ditch this program. I was thinking about upgrading at some point, but now not really sure I even want to continue...
This said, I'll wait and see what happens, but not too long... -
Now that said ;), I since have returned to my blog and it seems to be working. Only thing is I was curious if I could export my comments if I needed to do so...now getting message 502 Bad Gateway: nginx. Still would like ability to export comments in future, if decide to move them. Anyway, a problem for another day... -
Inappropriate?Hi everyone,
Please check how Echo works now on your sites.
Our engineers made some corrections, so now all should work as well. -
I think this resolved the problem for me. However, now Blogger is down. Can't win for trying. -
Inappropriate? This is the second time the form does not load for me. I'd reported by mail earlier. http://www.artihonrao.net

-
Inappropriate? To Echo: Well! Your code's sitting at topmost position; the script at footer replaced by simple html code. Out of 5 refreshes, the form did not load 3 times.
Obviously, the visitors are not going to keep refreshing every time for the form to load - They will just walk away.
This sets me thinking. What do I do now? -
Cannot reproduce this issue on our side, sorry. I've made 10 or more refreshes, all works well.
Please try to clear the browser cache and check this issue once again. -
Inappropriate? The comment form started behaving the next day. I read on the page I had started that the company has declared the issue solved, hence I did not update you about it.
My apologies and thank you very much for your support
