Improve the Tweets
Make the Tweet from comments sent to Twitter nicer - Perhaps using a special character like this:
"@chrissaad ❉ This is totally amazing I wish I could have it on my blog http://bit.ly/echoinvite "
Or in other words:
[Special Character] [First 100 Characters of comment][...] [Short URL]

Inappropriate?why did you choose to add this starting text to the comment: 'I just commented "......" - this disables a way to tweet a comment also to a specific twitter user (i.e. a comment starting with @....) - is it possible to eliminate this text; and would there be any side effects? TIA for a reaction!
This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled
'I just commented' starting text - eliminate it?.

Inappropriate? The way DISQUS works with the RE: @username seems to be more logical. Not only it eats up less space in a tweet, but also puts the user at the center of the action.

Inappropriate?Chris, I am afraid that I do not understand your post: I assume this customizing of this text is not yet possible; but that you are considering it as an idea?
I’m undecided

Inappropriate? Is there a way to insert a string in tweets created by Typepad? For example, all of my tweets are relevant to Lincoln, NE, so I'd like to store the string #LNK in the tweet without putting it in the subject of a post. Ideas?
I’m curious
