Unable to moderate my comments
I want to moderate comments on my blog and with Jskit, it doesn't happen, comments and post can't be moderated by me.
How could I go on moderating?
My google account: lacomarcadelasrosas@gmail.com
My blog: http://volveralamagia.blogspot.com
thanks

Inappropriate?I looked at your site, there is an item up by where it says "Echo" labeled "Admin", one of the menu picks is "Moderation" Clicking it brings you to the dashboard where you can moderate your entire site, or you can moderate on a post by post basis.

Heya Harmony - thanks so much for taking the time to help other users out! -
Inappropriate?@erebosteatro Are you sure you a logged into Echo using the same account you purchased and installed it from?
Your JS-Kit account that has admin credentials needs to be bound to your account -
Inappropriate? When I'm logged in, I'm not getting the option to moderate the comments. On my webpage, www.thecreativej.com/pen.htm I log in but the moderate option is grayed out. There are no options on each comment which would allow me to delete or moderate them.
If I log into the Dashboard, I'm not finding the comments listed anywhere so that I could moderate them there.
This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled
No option to moderate on my comments page or on dashboard.
I’m frustrated

After reviewing the HTML source of the page you pointed to it can be seen that the comments roll is shown in the iframe, and the page with the comments is the following one in deed:
http://idisk.mac.com/jillynne-Public/...
So this comments belong to the idisk.mac.com domain, but the 'creativej' JS-Kit account that you are logging in with has administrative privileges over JS-Kit widgets installed on the thecreativej.com domain. This is why you do not have administrative privileges over the comments that you are currently using, please create the same page on the thecreativej.com domain and use it in the iframe if needed, or let us know if you are the idisk.mac.com domain owner and want us to re-assign the administrative privileges from current to this domain. -
My website with the frame showing the comments is thecreativej.com. The page that loads with the comments is stored on my idisk. I can't create a page with thecreativej.com due to the way my website is created (it's a template I modify). I am the owner of the idisk.mac.com/jillynne-Public/... so please reassign to see if that will allow me to moderate. Thank you. -
The page that loads with the comments is stored on my idisk
In this case you need to add domain attribute to our widget code:
domain="thecreativej.com"
Please refer to this article in our Wiki:
Setting up a cross-domain comment box Using the "domain" attribute -
Inappropriate?I'm still having problems. Here's the code I have in my page. Could you let me know if it's correct?
div class="js-kit-comments" permalink="http://www.thecreativej.com/pen.htm domain="thecreativej.com">
script src="http://js-kit.com/for/thecreativej.com/pen.htm/comments.js">
I’m confused
Inappropriate?
Ok, I did that, but I'm still not being able to log in and see the moderation options. Now the previous comments that were there are gone.
