Great product with great support

JS-Kit makes some really nice widgets for getting feedback from and involving users in your website (comments, ratings, reviews, polls, etc. On top of that they have VERY helpful and engaged support folks. I had an issue putting one of their widgets on a hosted wiki and while I was discussing the issue with the wiki host here on Get Satisfaction, someone from JS-Kit showed up, pointed one of their engineers to the problem and they proceeded to help solve the issue. I've been very impressed with these folks and recommend them whole heartedly.
