Does ECHO Pick up these comments from Facebook?

I was wondering if someone from JS-Kit could answer this question.

I have Facebook setup to pull in my Tweets from twitter so that they appear on my profile. These would a post title from my blog and the biy.ly short link.

eg SpoilerTV: NCIS - Shane Brennan Interview http://bit.ly/yuFqK

Now if some comments on the post on Facebook will JS-Kit/Echo pull that comment into the relevant post on my blog which users echo.
